CANOELANDS ORCHARD BOOKING POLICY

While all care is taken, we are a working farm and your safety while on the property is your responsibility.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Sensible supportive footwear (eg boots, joggers) hats, water and sunscreen are necessary.

Sometimes grounds can be uneven so caution should be used when walking on the property.

This can be elevated during wet weather.

Patrons with low or compromised mobility should see staff on arrival to arrange support to get to and from the pick zone.

There are risks for people with mobility needs. While we do all that we can to minimise risks, we are a working farm and all risks cannot be eliminated.

Please leave bags in a safe place in the orchard should they be too heavy and ask staff to assist you to collect them.

Tour, Bus, group and Coach bookings are required to pass this information to guests and ensure they understand all policies we have in place prior to their arrival at the orchard.

As we are dealing with nature our crops can sometimes be unpredictable. We reserve the right to cancel or transfer bookings if circumstances change on site. (eg. if we sell out of fruit or we get wiped out by a storm) although we do our best to determine harvest timing.

If you disrespect our property, staff or eat the fruit while picking (we allow you to try just 1 then expect you to purchase EVERYTHING else you pick), we reserve the right to ask you to leave.

Thank you for your understanding.

Mobile phone reception is limited to Telstra. In an emergency call 112. This will send your location directly to emergency services on any service provider.
