All honey has been produced here at Canoelands Orchard and is 100% Australian Honey. Our bees feed on the wild flower and Eucalypt flower in Marra Marra National Park which surrounds our property and also on the stone fruit blossom from the orchard. Colour and taste may vary slightly depending on where the bees have been foriging. We collect the frames from the hive. We decap the honey cells and run the frames through an extractor. It is then tripple strained to remove any traces of wax left behind. We then bottle and label the honey. Our Honey is 100% pure raw honey.

Honey may candy especially during the colder months. To return Honey to a liquid form just sit in hot water.
